Welcome to Athlacer. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the Athlacer mobile application and our website. The Website is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended for booking or account management. All services, including venue listing, booking, and communication, are available exclusively through the mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use Athlacer.
Athlacer is a digital platform that connects sports Venue Owners with Players. Venue Owners may list their indoor and outdoor venues on the App, while Players may browse, request, and book these venues. Bookings are not final until approved by the Venue Owner. Athlacer itself does not own, operate, or manage any of the venues available on the App and is not a party to any agreements made between Players and Venue Owners.
To access the booking features of Athlacer, you must create an account within the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. Athlacer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, false information, or breach of these Terms.
Players can request a booking for any listed venue, but confirmation is subject to approval by the Venue Owner. Venue Owners may accept or decline requests at their sole discretion. Athlacer does not guarantee the availability of any venue and is not liable for cancellations, delays, or failures to honor bookings.
At this stage, Athlacer does not provide in-app payment services. Any financial transactions related to venue use, including deposits, advance payments, or refunds, must be settled directly between the Player and the Venue Owner. Athlacer is not responsible for payment disputes, failed transactions, or refund requests. In the future, Athlacer may introduce secure online payment solutions, at which point additional terms will apply.
The App includes a chat feature to enable communication between Players and Venue Owners. Users agree not to misuse this feature by sending spam, offensive, unlawful, or abusive content. Athlacer may monitor chat interactions when necessary for safety, security, or compliance with these Terms.
Athlacer acts solely as a platform to connect Players with Venue Owners. We are not responsible for the quality, condition, or safety of any listed venue. Athlacer shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or disputes that may arise before, during, or after the use of a venue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athlacer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided through the App.
You agree to use Athlacer for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the App, engage in fraudulent bookings, or misuse the Platform in any way. Both Players and Venue Owners are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings and for acting respectfully towards each other.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined solely by Venue Owners. Athlacer does not provide refunds and will not be responsible for cancellations, missed bookings, or disagreements between Users. Players are encouraged to discuss refund and cancellation policies directly with the Venue Owner before confirming any booking.
All content available on the Website and App, including the name, logo, design, and software, are the intellectual property of Athlacer. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from Athlacer.
Athlacer may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or policies. Continued use of the App after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled under the jurisdiction determined by Athlacer.
