Players provide booking requests and related details. We also collect technical data, such as device information, IP addresses, and usage statistics, to ensure smooth functioning of the App. In addition, the chat feature stores communication between Players and Venue Owners to enable bookings and resolve disputes.
Your information is used to create and manage your account, enable bookings between Players and Venue Owners, provide communication features, and maintain booking histories. We may also use your information to improve our services, personalize the App, prevent fraudulent activity, and enhance security.
